Can I return?

Yes, all returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Email us at info@eyeqorganics.com for specific steps and instructions on how to return an item, using your order number as the subject line.

Full refund will be issued to original form of payment, you can expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the time it takes us to receive your return (5-10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we have received it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days)

Wholesalers will get a coupon towards next product if they do not return due to shipping costs
